Job Summary
The Group Sales Specialist is responsible for maintaining and growing golf package revenue. A primary focus of this position involves coordinating with golf group leaders regarding the planning, booking and execution of their group’s details during their stay. The Group Sales Specialist is also expected to work with other departments at the Resort to ensure that the guests’ overall experience meets and exceeds expectations and standards.
In addition to their primary focus on sales, this person also assists the Lodging Manager with routine responsibilities including covering front desk shifts and monitoring accuracy of all rates and reservations.
