Each property owner at Beyers Lake Estates is a member of the Oak Terrace Property Owners Association (POA). The POA maintains the common grounds throughout the Resort, including: lake maintenance, roadside maintenance, leaf pickup and much more! The POA also contributes to a portion of the operating expense of the Resort Center. Monthly dues vary between vacant lots and home sites/condos.
As a member of the POA, your household is entitled to complimentary access to the Resort Center, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Tennis Court and Nature Trails. You will also receive discounts on rounds of golf, spa services, lodging, entrees at Mulligan’s Restaurant, and Retail Items in the Golf Shop and at LakeView Spa.

The Resort Center, built and furnished in 2006, features many treadmills, elliptical machines, free weights and weight machines, all within view of our 52-inch flat screen TV’s.

Pools
The outdoor pool at the Resort Center is a wonderful respite, whether you prefer to take a dip or lounge in the beautiful furniture surrounding it for sun bathing and/or lunch. The indoor pool is located near the hotel front desk.
The Resort Center also offers a pool table, ping pong table, gathering area with poker table and a flat screen TV, kids room and arcade games as well.
Pavilion
The pavilion at the Resort Center is available for use by Property Owners, Vacation Club Members, and Resort Guests
