Operations: The Golf Shop Manager is responsible for setting up the golf day and ensuring that all golfers have an exceptional golfing experience.
Sales: The Golf Shop Manager is responsible for Maintaining and Growing Golf Shop Revenue, including but not limited to: Outings, Daily Fee, Members, Golf Packages and Retail.
Management: The Golf Shop Manager schedules the following staff: Golf Shop Cashiers, Cart House and Rangers.
- A primary focus of this position involves coordinating with the Golf Package Specialist to arrange golf package groups to maximize the golf course while maintaining an exceptional golfer experience on the course.
- The Golf Shop Manager is also expected to work with other departments at the Resort to ensure that the guests’ overall experience meets and exceeds expectations and standards.
- The Golf Shop Manager also has administrative responsibilities including but not limited to tee sheet configuration, creating and updating various spreadsheets, and training all golf shop staff
- The Golf Shop Manager will cover golf shop shifts anywhere from 10-40 hours/week, based on business.
