“Hello, My name is Katelyn Oltmanns, Events Coordinator at Oak Terrace. It is a pleasure to meet with you today.”
Bride: “Thank you for meeting with us on such short notice! I have heard a lot of great things about Oak Terrace and I had to come see it for myself. How long has Oak Terrace been doing weddings and receptions?”
Katelyn: “Oak Terrace has been doing weddings for over 20 years! We had our first ever wedding reception in our banquet room on December 18, 1993. Owners Mike and Don Beyers saw the need to create a venue unlike any other around. We want to give brides a chance for a unique and elegant wedding and reception that they cannot find anywhere else!”
Bride: “Other then the beautiful location, what sets Oak Terrace apart from the rest?”
Katelyn: “We are an All-in-One location venue. We can provide a girls spa day, mens golf day, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception, and lodging all without leaving the grounds. You’re guests will love you even more. Plus the one-on-one contact with me throughout the planning process will assure that your special day goes off without a hitch.”
Bride: “Is there a weather backup plan for outdoor weddings?”
Katelyn: “Absolutely, if it is raining we will move the ceremony inside to our banquet room and set it up with an aisle and chairs.”
Bride: “Do you have certain vendors we have to use?”
Katelyn: “No, you choose whomever you want! But we do require you use our catering services. We promise you will not be sorry! When you book we provide a list of great vendor’s that past brides have used or Oak Terrace has personally worked with to help eliminate the stress of making those important decisions.”
Bride: “Do you offer payment plans?”
Katelyn: “Yes we do! The first deposit would be due when the contract is signed, the second is due 6 months before the big day, and the third deposit is due 30 days before.”
Bride: “Do you take credit cards?”
Katelyn: “Yes.”
Bride: “Do we have to provide liability insurance or get insurance for the alcohol being served?”
Katelyn: “No, we have all the insurance needed.”
Bride: “Do you host more than one wedding/reception per day?”
Katelyn: “No, our attention is focused on you on your special day.”
Bride: “This sounds like everything we have been looking for! What’s the next step?”
Katelyn: “Congratulations and thank you for choosing Oak Terrace. I will reserve the date and work up the contract for you and we can start building your perfect wedding weekend.”
