Oak Terrace Golf Course
Cancellation policy, terms & conditions: A non refundable 25% deposit of total green fees booked, payable within 1 week of booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the reservation. A further non-refundable 50% of total green fees booked is payable 30 days before the date of play. The remaining 25% of Green Fees is payable/invoiced on the date of play – this will allow for fluctuations in numbers playing golf.
Course Attire: Denim clothing, sports jerseys/t-shirts and round neck t-shirts are not permitted both in the Clubhouse & on the Golf course. With regard to shorts, only tailored shorts are permitted. Only soft spike golf shoes are allowed on the course.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated and a courtesy to other guests.
LakeView Spa wants to make sure you receive the benefits of your full service and that others following your appointment will have the same opportunity. LakeView Spa asks that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time to change into a robe and slippers and relax before your service. LakeView Spa cannot guarantee the services to be rendered if you are more than 10 minutes late; however you will be charged full price for the service.
Cancellations/Reservations: It is recommended that you call and schedule your appointment in advance, in order to secure the time most convenient for you. When you call to make a reservation for service(s), a credit card number and email is required to hold your reservation.
While we realize that certain circumstances can occur, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled service for cancellations that have less than 24 hours notice (on Friday and Saturday appointments, reservations must be cancelled 42 hours in advance). A fee of 100% will be applied for no shows, therefore you will be required to guarantee any appointment with a major credit card or gift card number, and email.
Tax & Gratuity: There is no sales tax on spa services.
All Gift Boutique merchandise and product is subject to a 7.25% sales tax.
The spa receptionist will be happy to process your tips in the form of cash or credit card.
Policies: Licensed professionals perform your services under strict guidelines. LakeView Spa reserves the right to refuse services requested by our guests that are not conforming to our policies.
LakeView Spa provides a personal locker and all the necessary spa attire cleaned and sanitized daily for your use during your visit.
LakeView Spa is not responsible for damaged, stolen, or left behind items.
LakeView Spa does not allow outside food, liquor, beer or wine to be brought into the facility. No Exceptions!! Should you desire, a complimentary glass of wine is available after your service. A spa lunch menu is also available at an additional charge.
LakeView Spa does not allow affixing anything to walls, floors, ceilings, or railings without prior approval of the Spa Director. All decorations of any kind must also be approved by the Spa Director.
Group Reservations: All services will be guaranteed with the spa group leaders credit card on file. To avoid being responsible for all services for the members in your group, please have each member in your group call LakeView Spa to give us their contact information and credit card number. If we do not receive this information from each group member, the group leader will be held responsible for payment of all services in the group. For your convenience, an automatic gratuity of 15% of the service price will be added to groups of 6 or more. This applies to groups who pay individually or as a group. For group cancellation policy refer to contract provided by spa director.
Oak Terrace Lodging
For your convenience, our Hotel Front Desk operates from the Golf Shop from 7:00AM to 9:00PM daily. The overnight shift, from 9:00PM to 7:00AM, our Front Desk operates from the Hotel Lobby. You may check-in any time after 4:00 p.m. and check-out any time before 11:00AM. Full payment by cash or credit card is due upon check-out.
Oak Terrace is a smoke-free and a pet-free facility.
Resort Amenities: Your itinerary for golf tee times and spa appointments that you have already made is included in this confirmation letter. Please take the time to review your activities. If there are any discrepancies, call us right away so that they can be resolved. If you have not made golf and/or spa reservations, but plan to do so, please call us as soon as possible as our golf course and spa book up very quickly.
Peak Season Only (May – October)
Your rate includes a mandatory $10 Resort Fee per adult, per night. This fee includes in-room and public area high-speed wireless internet access, local calls (Inn only), 800 number access calls (Inn only), in-room coffee, hot breakfast buffet and access to the Resort Center.
Off Season (November – April)
Your rate includes a $5 Resort Fee per adult per night. This fee includes in-room and public area high-speed wireless internet access, local calls (Inn only), 800 number access calls (Inn only), in-room coffee and access to the Resort Center.
Group Reservations: To avoid being responsible for all rooms and/or services included in your group; please submit a rooming list 45 days prior to your arrival date. Once the rooming list has been submitted, please contact each member of your group and have them call the Resort to give us their address, phone number, email address and credit card number, no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. The group leader will be responsible for all reservations for group members who have not called by 30 days in advance to give the Resort their contact and credit card information.
Lodging Only (reservations that only include accommodations)
Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a cancellation fee. However, if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours, there is a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reservation.
Packages (Lodging plus golf and/or spa reservations)
Package reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days in advance will not incur a cancellation fee. However, if the reservation is cancelled 7 – 30 days prior to their arrival date, there will be a 20% cancellation fee of the total package amount. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days prior to the arrival date, then 100% of the total package amount will be charged.
Golf Package Inclement Weather Policy: If inclement weather prevents the guest from playing part or all of the golf rounds included in the package, the guest will receive a rain check for the unused amount of their total package. No refunds will be given for any portion of the unused package.
Damage: We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of Oak Terrace Resort, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the resort, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Resort if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
