*Details of Participation Everyone is welcome to tour and join the Oak Terrace family. To be eligible for this vacation offer, you must be between the ages of 40 – 65, homeowners, gainfully employed, or retired, with a combined annual income of at least $100,000. If married, both husband and wife must attend the presentation. Participants of this offer need only attend a 90-minute sales presentation of the Oak Terrace Community. (1) Spa treatment at 50% off for each adult must be used in conjunction with this package, only one 50% off treatment per adult, maximum of two adults will receive one 50% off treatment each, some restrictions apply. Vacations must be prepaid and secured in advance with a major credit card. A major credit card is also required at time of check-in. (Advance reservations and written confirmation for a specific check-in and a specific tour/sales presentation are also required and are based upon availability). Children of the family are welcome to attend. Specific holiday periods may require a holiday surcharge. A minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice is required for postponement or cancellation in order to avoid being charged a late cancellation fee of $389. This offer is non-transferable and non-refundable. Participants in this special offer that choose not to take the tour will be required to pay full rate (up to $197.00 per night plus any resort credits redeemed) upon check out. Accommodations are for a double occupancy room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) people. No pets, please. Unlimited free golf and spa discounts must be used in conjunction with this package.
